4 patrols and some ventures are in charge of clearing the scouts den while the other 4 patrols and other ventures are assigned to the QM, ours is in charge of the den. As everyone know, the scout den is a place where trophies, medals, documents, campfire prizes, and so on, are kept. Furthermore, they can do their work in the den during the weekdays. The scout den needs to be reorganised as it is in a messy state and the equipments and documents are not properly classified. We started moving everything in the scout den out. As we are moving the magazines and equipments out, some of us might be able to see some stuff that they failed to notice. It is quite surprising that after the whole scout den is clear, excluding those inside the cupboard, all the things filled up a lot of space at the corridor. We then have to refold all the patrol t-shirt, sort out the electrical appliances, refold all the decorations, arrange and put the documents and photos nicely, put the displays neatly and so on. The den is also cleaned and mopped with water. After the cleaning, the ventures then ask us to pass them the displays to them so that they can decorate the den, and everything was passed to them slowly for them for them to put them neatly.
Meanwhile the other group working with the QM has also a lot of things to do. They were to take out all the equipments in the QM out and put them back neatly. They also need to sharpen and polish all the axes and parangs.
